I watched the Bathurst 12 Hour race last year, and it immediately became my favorite endurance race. The 12 Hour race itself starts about 21.5 hours from now. But in the meanwhile, there are a series of short support races scheduled to start in about 30 minutes.

Last year's support races featured fantastic racing from a huge variety of cars. Everything from open-cockpit Radical cars to this Toyota Celica which dominated its race last year.

The first support race (Formula Ford) is about to start in about 40 minutes. Everyone can LEGALLY stream the races LIVE here: !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

Thanks mate! Here's a virtual handshake and pat on the back. Awesome feed, I'm in Australia and completely forgot about it being on. You are a true gentleman.

This is a beautiful list of reasons why I love the Bathurst 12 Hour: http://www.westernadvocate.com.au/story/2861634/…

2014's race saw multiple kangaroos make their way on track and one actually took a car out of the race.

The fastest race was the 2014 thriller – run at an average speed of 153km/hr.

When the race has seen a fight to the flag, the average margin of victory is a remarkably small 30.28s – absolutely nothing after 12 hours of brutal racing. The smallest margin of victory was set in 2014 when Craig Lowndes edged out Maxi Buhk's Mercedes by 0.4138s in the remarkable fight to the flag.

The smallest distance covered was just 202 laps – 1255km – in 2010, thanks in part to a lengthy red-flag period that saw cars stopped at the top of the circuit after a tree fell across the track exiting Forrest Elbow.

You are a fountain of knowladge!

The Roos have a long history of becoming roadkill at Bathurst.

Not sure which year this was from.

Bloody great racing on right now, thanks again for posting the link.
